How We Work
Briefing
We begin by understanding your objectives, the relationship being governed, and any specific concerns. This briefing is essential — no document should be drafted without clarity on what it is meant to achieve.
Drafting or Review
Drafting engagements produce a first complete document; review engagements produce a marked-up version with commentary. Both are delivered within the agreed timeframe.
Finalisation
Client feedback is incorporated in a revision round, and the final version is delivered ready for use. Follow-up queries within reasonable scope are addressed without additional charge.
Service 01

A focused drafting service for businesses that need well-structured commercial agreements. The engagement covers a wide range of contract types including service agreements, supply contracts, distribution arrangements, joint venture terms, and memoranda of understanding.
Each draft is built from a clear understanding of the client's commercial objectives, with attention to risk allocation, termination mechanisms, and dispute resolution clauses. The team works collaboratively, providing a first draft followed by a revision round informed by client feedback. Appropriate for companies of all sizes entering new business relationships.

Service 02
Contract Review & Risk Assessment
A careful review of existing contracts or agreements presented by counterparties. The service involves a clause-by-clause examination with a focus on identifying unfavourable terms, ambiguous language, gaps in protection, and areas where the client's interests may be underserved.
The deliverable is a marked-up version of the document with commentary and a summary memorandum highlighting key concerns and suggested amendments. Well-suited for businesses that have received a contract from a partner, vendor, or client and want an independent perspective before signing.
What the Review Covers
- Clause-by-clause examination of the entire document
- Identification of unfavourable and ambiguous terms
- Gaps in liability protection and indemnity coverage
- Marked-up document with inline commentary
- Plain-language summary memorandum
